Welcome to Plowman Craven Self Assessment System
The new Plowman Craven Performance Management System consists of three tiers; an Annual Appraisal, a Six Month Review and several Bi-Monthly Reviews. The system is designed to ensure your development and training is up to date and in line with your needs throughout the year.
Continuous feedback and self assessment are both key to the success of the new system. To facilitate this, the web-based Self Assessment Comments System has been developed to improve the communication of your individual and your colleague's successes, training needs, improved competencies and how you have met objectives.
